AI for music managers
More time for your artists.
We cofounded REALM with producer Danja, cofounded 247 Artists, and have worked with artists for years. Managers juggle every part of an artist's career at once. We set up systems that keep the roster, releases and opportunities moving without living in your inbox.
Where the time goes
An inbox that never ends
Offers, features, press, label emails and band texts, all mixed together.
Opportunities slip
The right brand deal or sync brief shows up and gets buried.
Every release is rebuilt from scratch
Dates, assets and pitches tracked in a different place each time.
What we'd set up first
The first workflows for artist managers.
Each one runs on the tools you already use, with you approving anything that goes to a customer.
Sorts the inbox into offers, admin, press and noise, with replies drafted.
Gmail, Outlook
A weekly read on streams, socials and opportunities for every artist.
Spotify, Sheets
One rollout plan per release with dates, assets and owners.
Sheets, Docs
Finds brands that fit each artist and drafts the pitch.
Web, Gmail, CRM
Surfaces sync briefs and music supervisors that fit the catalog.
Web, Gmail
Collects times, contacts, tech and hospitality for every show.

Questions
I manage a few artists. Is this overkill?
Small rosters often benefit most, because you're doing everything yourself. Start with the inbox and the roster report.
Can it read royalty statements?
Yes. It can summarize what paid, what's missing and what to follow up on, for you to check.
How long does setup take?
Most single workflows are live within a week. A full team setup usually takes two to four weeks.
What does it cost?
A single workflow sprint is $1,500 one time. Ongoing plans start at $2,500 a month and include upkeep and new workflows.
