AI for plumbers

More time on the job, less time on the phone.

When your hands are under a sink, the phone keeps ringing. We set up systems that answer, book, quote and follow up for you, on the tools you already use, so a busy day doesn't cost you the next job.

Where the time goes

Missed calls are missed jobs

A caller who hits voicemail usually calls the next plumber on the list.

Quotes go out late

Writing estimates at night means some never get sent, and fewer get answered.

Invoices wait on paperwork

Money sits unpaid until someone has time to type it up and chase it.

Reviews never get asked for

Happy customers would leave one. Nobody remembers to ask at the right moment.

Questions

Will an AI answering my phone sound like a robot?

It sounds like a calm, polite receptionist. It answers common questions, books jobs into your calendar and hands anything urgent straight to you. You decide what it can and can't say.

Does this work with Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan?

Most field service tools can connect. On the first call we look at what you use and build around it. If a tool can't connect, we use email, text or a shared sheet instead.

How long does setup take?

Most single workflows are live within a week. A full team setup usually takes two to four weeks.

What does it cost?

A single workflow sprint is $1,500 one time. Ongoing plans start at $2,500 a month and include upkeep and new workflows.

Tell us where the time goes. We'll show you what we'd build first.

A 15-minute call. No prep needed, and you'll leave with at least one idea you can use.
